Vacancy: Restaurant / Pub Manager
An expanding bistro is looking for a manager who will streamline current management and spearhead the opening of a bar section.

Location: Sare, Awendo

Restaurant is expanding to serve executive alcoholic beverages.

  • In-charge of the day to day running of the establishment.
  • Ensuring all the statutory registration documents are up to date.
  • Daily stock and output check on all food items, utensils, electricals etc
  • Responsible ordering items
  • Responsible for all movable assets
  • Premium put on person who will reduce the running costs
  • Basic accounting
  • Constant review of all pricing
  • Boosting morale of junior staff.
Required Qualification
  • Certificate / diploma in hotel / restaurant / bar management.
