Key Accounts Manager

One of the leading Logistics company who has presence world over is looking for:
 
Key Accounts Manager
 
Qualifications: Business Management graduate preferably MBA in marketing.
 
Experience: At least 10-12 years in handling key accounts.
 
Age group: 35-40 years
 
Duties of the Key Account Manager include:
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new corporate clients.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the Direct Sales Channel
  • Focusing on generating new business with Corporate Clients and developing existing clients
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Should act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
Requirements of the role:
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management and display an attitude that is key to success.
  • Strong Key Account Management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
  • Should be able to work in a highly competitive environment
  • Highly self-motivated & result oriented
Business Development Executives
 
Qualifications: A graduate with flair of sales and marketing
 
Experience: 5 to 8 years in leading logistics industry.
 
Languages: Should be multilingual (Kiswahili, English, Hindi/Gujarati)
 
Age group: 28-32 years
 
Duties of the Business Development Executive
  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
Background of the Business Development Executive
  • Previous new business experience from a company in Logistics industry
  • Proven track record of brings in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Well organized with previous experience using CRM systems.
