Group Risk & Audit Manager
KK Security is the region’s leading security services provider.
Our aim is to provide security to our customers; diplomatic,
corporate and individuals through “Service with Integrity”. KK
operates in seven East and Central African countries with
our head office in Nairobi. We employ over 20,000 staff.
In recent years, our business has been facing increasing
challenges through expansion, complexities of business
operations in several countries and the increasing
sophistication of security services.

We now wish to recruit a qualified and experienced
professional who can lead our Risk and Audit function. The
person we wish to recruit will be:
• Capable of establishing a new function, recruiting
additional staff, analysing company business risks,
establishing work programs to review and test risk,
making recommendations to minimize risk and following
through on implementation.
• A graduate, fully qualified CPA (K) or equivalent who has
several years of practical experience in a professional
and/or corporate world.
• Willing to travel frequently to any of our operating
countries in East and Central Africa.
• Intelligent, inquisitive and energetic with high standards
of personal integrity and self confident enough to
interact and challenge senior leadership.
• International exposure in the US or EU would be of
• Someone capable of reporting directly to the Group
Chairman and the Board.

This position offers the potential to develop your career as a
Risk and Audit specialist and to move into a senior financial,
operations or general management position.
Salary will be negotiable and will not be an obstacle
to recruiting the best candidate. A benefits package
commensurate with the role will also be offered.
