Profile Introduction: 
Stratostaff is a provider of Flexible Staffing Solutions to medium size firms, multinationals and government throughout East Africa. 

By offering full human resource life cycle solutions, Stratostaff is able to contribute better talent selection, improve staff productivity and manage employment risk for our clients. Stratostaff is now looking to fill the above position. 

Based in the Mombasa Office, the person will report to the Business Line Manager.

Overall Purpose of the role: The ideal candidate will be tasked with business development and maintenance of existing clients in line with organizational goals and targets.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience with a client network in the manufacturing and logistics industry;
  • An undergraduate degree preferably in a business related field ;
  • A demonstrated interest and understanding of the Human Resource industry;
  • Candidates with people management experience will have an added advantage.
Job Specification
  • Undertake business development activities from lead generation to deals closure in line with set targets;
  • Maintain current and relevant generic propositions and presentations on lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain clients and associates relationships as a combined and operations team with effective inter-departmental procedural work flow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery;
  • Build, grow and manage a team;
  • Ensure financial viability through maintaining and/or increasing profit margins;
  • Management of Cost to Serve: Operations expenses and Client Contracts;
  • Client contracts/ pricing: Manage financial viable or compliant SLA’s for clients;
  • Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance;
  • Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans.
  • Strong Customer Focus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Demonstrated Initiative;
  • Drive to succeed, self-motivated and a high level of energy;
  • Supervisory experience, preferably of a team of at least three people;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Interest in people.
