Kilifi Plantations Limited, an agricultural company based in Kilifi, is looking to recruit the following staff:
Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director
Reporting to the Chairman and the Managing Director, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial services including maintaining appointments, maintaining efficient communication between the office of the Chairman, the Managing Director and other heads of departments, timely response to enquiries, receiving inward mail and routing these to the appropriate managers, handling visitors to the company and tending to the switchboard
The suitable candidate will
be a diploma holder in Secretarial Services
be computer literate,
must have at least 5 years experience in a similar position,
possess excellent communication and organizational skills and
be confident, efficient and self motivated
Transport Logistics Officer
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Transport Logistics Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to checking the daily position of each truck using the GPS system, monitor efficient load usage of each truck, monitor fuel consumption and use of other consumables, maintain records and ensure that all accounts are up to date.
The successful candidate for this position must possess a diploma
in Logistics, have at least 3 years experience and have working
knowledge of QuickBooks. He/she must also possess strong
relationship skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
