Qualification:
  • Minimum two year college level requirement
  • Preferably with experience in outbound sales/telemarketing/customer service/marketing support background in a business setting.
  • Must be able and ready to work varied hours, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat personality, get along well with co-workers
  • Ability to offer outstanding customer experience.
  • Sales Oriented and with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Quick learner, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution
  • Outgoing, energetic personality
  • Extremely fluent in English both oral and written and a crisp clear neutral accent.
  • Desire to achieve and excel above the rest
  • Aspirations to develop a career within the company
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Preferably with knowledge in ecommerce and the Internet
  • Prior call center experience and knowledge of the UK and/or the US market a definite advantage
