HELIOS Regional Change Facilitator
Based: Nairobi - Horn, East and Central Africa Region
Contract Type: National Fixed Term - 10 Months
Starting Salary: Kshs. 272,382 Gross Per Month

Initiated in 2005, the 'Integrating Logistics into Project Planning and Management' (ILPPM) business change programme is based on the vision that full integration of Supply Chain Management into the core of project planning, management and delivery will make Oxfam GB more competitive, cost-effective and accountable to partners and beneficiaries.
The first phase of the programme successfully delivered standard supply chain processes and HELIOS software to 20 locations in 13 countries. The programme has recently been extended to increase HELIOS coverage in Oxfam GB, with a planned focus on the Horn, East and Central Africa Region (HECA).
This role will lead in effective engagement and dialogue with Regional Leadership Team and Function heads (Deputy Regional Directors, Regional Finance and System Manager, Regional Logistics Coordinator, Regional HR and Regional Funding) to communicate anticipated benefits from HELIOS way of working and technology and secure acceptance of process change. Develop detailed understanding of HELIOS and related standard operating procedures to be able to inspire confidence in the product.
Work with Regional functional leads to define/agree support/input required form functions to facilitate the implementation of HELIOS in countries. Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
What we're looking for
You will have significant experience based skills in facilitating organisational change by engendering a participatory and collaborative environment. Understanding of the principles/theories of change management. Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, often with more senior positions, to effect business change Ability to guide stakeholders/group with differing priorities to appropriate and useful outcomes.
